CRANEBROOK VILLAGE SHOPPING CENTRE EOI MANAGEMENT Hill PDA is currently managing the Expression of Interest and sale process of a shopping centre in Cranebrook on behalf of Penrith City Council. Initially, Hill PDA undertook a highest and best use assessment of the site to examine potential redevelopment options favourable to the market. Subsequently Hill PDA wrote and prepared the Expression of Interest (EOI) and tender documentation, advertised the EOI, undertook due diligence of responses, facilitated stakeholder consultation, liaised with tenderers and is currently negotiating with developers on behalf of Council. Hill PDA was engaged by the Northern Territory Department of Planning and Infrastructure to provide advice in relation to the redevelopment of the Old Darwin Hospital Site in Larrakeyah. Commercial advice in respect of the development procurement options and project feasibility was required by the Department to plan the procurement process and prepare the offer by tender for the development of the land. In particular, advice was sought on market positioning, urban design and land value attributable to the residential design concept. In addition the options to fund and/or construct and maintain the park through an agreement with the purchaser of the residential development site were considered by Hill PDA.
